The Suntech STA160-24 is a 160 Watt, 24 Volt monocrystalline solar panel, composed of 72 monocrystalline silicon solar cells connected in series to produce the 24 Volt output. For each 36 cell series strings, one bypass diode is installed.

Suitable for larger electrical power applications such as grid connected systems, and remote area power supplies (RAPS).

Multi-Connector plug & cable for fast and easy connection.

Cells are laminated between high transmissivity, low-iron, 3mm tempered glass and a sheet of tedlar-polyeaster-tedlar (TPT) material by two sheets of ethylene Vinyl acetate (EVA). A heavy-duty anodized aluminium frame provides strength and convenient mounting access.
